Since 1984 D&R Henderson have been manufacturing particleboard and has become one of Australia’s leading suppliers of processed wood panels.

Both Moisture resistant (MR) and Standard Particleboard are available in various thicknesses ranging from 15mm to 39mm and sheet sizes to suit most applications. We also supply Ultra Low Emission (EO) particleboard ideal for Green Star rated projects or where enhance environmental performance is required.

Particleboard is a high density reconstituted wood panel that is comprised of larger wood particles in the core of the board and super fine particles on the sanded surfaces. The wood particles are strongly bonded together by special synthetic resins and are pressed to produce a flat sheet.

Particleboard is ideal for internal applications such as wardrobes, kitchens, bench tops, cupboards, bookcases, shelving, wall units, wall lining and much more.
Particleboard offers uniform strength and is sanded smooth on both sides to a tolerance of +/- 0.1mm of the specified thickness to ensure dimensional stability.
